Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Richard Boudier Hypnotherapy I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. I aim to accommodate your needs as best as possible while ensuring that appointment times are utilised efficiently for all clients. Rescheduling and Cancelling Appointments: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Late Cancellations and No-Show Policy: Please note: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to attend your confirmed appointment without prior notification, a £30 fee will be charged. This fee will be automatically deducted from your deposit or processed via your saved card details on file. This policy helps me cover the costs of the reserved session time and maintain the smooth running of my practice.
